Perched on the South edge of Pioneer Park, Tin Angel has easy access to a wide range of fresh ingedients.  Locally grown produce from the summer Downtown Farmer's Market, Fresh Roasted Coffee From Rimini, Artisan Breads from Carluccis Bakery and freshly imported Meats and Cheeses from Tony Caputo's Market are among the daily shopping on the Chef's list.  Recently picked as one of Salt Lake's Top 10 Restaurants by The Salt Lake Tribune, Tin Angel has been accused of being our Best Kept Secret as they are known mostly to Foodies. Chef/co-owner Jerry Liedtke lovingly balances an interest in sustainable, local ingredients with his careful eye for fine flavors. Soups, Sandwiches, Pastas and Salads at lunch are mediterranean bistro style. Dinner is upscale with approachable prices and attitudes. The seasonal, rotating list of entrees offer alluring and creative temptations and inexpensive Tapas liven up the menu. Live music, local art, friendly service and a great list of local beers, organic wines and martinis round out the experience.
