Strongly herbal on the palate, with deep lemon and orchard fruit flavors, soft acidity and a gentle finish. This organic wine pairs well with Chicken Piccata or Ahi Salad.

Cono Sur Carmenere (Chile) Glass -7- / Bottle -32-
This sustainable red is aromatic, smooth, and medium-bodied with deep herbal tones and sweet notes of raspberry and cinnamon. We liked this best with the Loin of Lamb and Seared Pork Chop
Los Cardos Marlbec (Argentina) Glass -7.00- / Bottle -32.00-
A very approachable wine presents fresh, ripe red and blackberry fruit with elegant herb and mocha flavors. there is an undercurrent of vanilla that pairs nicely with the Free Range Bison Tenderloin.

The Vegan wine is attractive with notes of dark chocolate that transition nicely into a bright berry finish. Try it with the Chicken Al Forno or Pumpkin Goat's Cheese Shrimp Pasta

A hearty port with a well-knit structure, rich velvety body and luscious blackcurrant-cherry Flavors. The finish is intense and lingering. Try this with Chocolate Torte or Panna Cotta
Yolumba Antique Tawny -7.00-
This outstanding old dessert wine is deep tawny in color with hints of dried fruits and spices. The palate has a firm, rich texture with chocolate and caramel flavors. A wonderful match to the Pear Tart Brulee or Bread Pudding.
